  2. I have had the luxury of seeing this photograph become and I have to say, it became the shell around the feeling I had viscerally as a reaction to the crow's print itself in the snow. The colour and foreboding of the shadows, ohhhhhh. It almost makes me strike something, how you discovered what it was that this photograph needed to say. It says, I am crow, of nature, of flight, of intimidation and angst, of sorrow. I will find you. Or something like that. I laugh. I love this photograph!

  4. Robert this is magnificent, not just as a beautiful composition to admire, but a spiritual essence captured that comes right off the screen and shakes you to the core. I can feel the brush of the tips of cold black wings...

  5. ahhh, Gabriella - you have caught the essence of the moments when the hop of the crow-wings extended makes the patterns as he looks all around careful, watchful in the pursuit of the crust of bread thrown there for him. Thank you for seeing these moments.
